All Rooms are fully furnished, with Wardrobe, Desk and Chair, Bedside Tables, Chest Drawers, Small or Large Double Divan Bed with Storage, Smart TV and Mini Fridge.
Price includes all Utility bills, High Speed WiFi, and a Cleaner for the Communal Areas.
Depending on size and whether the room is en-suite or shared Bathroom , prices range from £570 to £600 pcm.
CRITERIA:
As well as indicating how you will pay your rent you will need to have a UK Guarantor.
Alternatively you would need to pay the rent in full in advance.
